Strap is 1 inch wide. 1 inch silver letters that say "PEE ON CARL". 1/2 inch tall hex spikes. 2 types of chain featuring 5 plastic beads, two pink stars, two yellow stars, and an uncomfortable smiley face. O-Ring is 1/2 inch in diameter.

Inspired by/Named after the scene in iCarly when Spencer's sign malfunctions and says "Pee On Carl", when the police show up to question him, Spencer realizes the police officers name is "Carl".
