These are made to match the "I'm Not Okay (I Promise)" collar, There is a listing for a bundle that includes the collar and both cuffs!! 

Made with Black pull-up leather, beveled and burnished edges, Resolene top coat to protect the leather and add shine. Distressed Black lace ruffle, lined with black lambskin. Strap is 1 inch wide. Long cone spikes are 1.5 inches long. Handpainted "blood" oozing from under the spikes.
